    I found them helpful in 2022 with their water mitigation suggestions regarding standard of care, sanitation and moisture reading assistance, but lacked with follow through for actual repair process.I used another company for water mitigation as they could come out the day our toilet ran over with clean water. Ohana sent out a team to do repair estimates right away, said they recently had had lower reviews with change overs in staff, but had been rectified. Decided to stay with them and failed to come through after months and months. They would say they would send someone out to recess or call when ready to start repairs, but no one would. When they finally did months went buy, sent a sub-contractor with yet more stories of new managers just not showing up for work and meetings to figure out who would take over. After meeting I had to reach out for answers. They had heard they decided not to take on job after all by 2023. Never any official word was ever sent! In the end I think they use the word Ohana in business only and not in the true essence of the word. Be wary.
