    ***** came to our house on 9/19/23 and was very kind and informative. After not hearing back fir 14 days, I left a voicemail with my email address (in case he had it wrong). The next day, I called and spoke to a lovely woman in the office and told her I hadnt heard back and could someone please call me. I never heard back. On 10/12/23 I left another voicemail asking for a return call and still havent heard back. Not only does this show a lack of Aloha, its a terrible way to run a business. Very disappointing.
