    When I ordered replacement blinds , 04/18/2023 using my ******** ** , that was the ONLY RECEIPT I was given. My card was charged $ 768.00 , as a deposit and the balance due when the blinds were received.
    I rec’d an email and phone call to set up an appointment , it was confirmed and installed . It was the same product , Hunter Douglas Replacement Shade . The hardware was still intact , there was no need for drilling holes or any other work time , just a pop and go.
    At that time , I was handed a printed INVOICE by the installer , that was Dated 04/20/2023 . My first time seeing this , my only receipt being my CC receipt with $ 768.00 charge.
    I called the store , spoke with **** , I asked if they could adjust the charge , being the installation fee was $ 105.00
    for a FIVE MINUTE POP IN AND GO .
    She insisted that I knew beforehand that there was a fee , that was not the case .
    I did not see an itemized bill until I was presented this invoice yesterday, Friday, May 26 . The invoice that was given to me by the installer , it’s dated 04/20/2023 … the delivery/ installation was done yesterday , Friday , May 26 , 2023 .
    The distance between business address and my residence is 1.4 miles .
    I gave **** my same CC # to pay the charges in FULL with a zero balance .
    Never again .
