    Repeated contact with Tropical Wholesale regarding installation of a broken and wrong screen type and poor caulking have met with no response and no resolution from the owner for over a year and with no resolution or followup work from a team member for months. that person did say he would come by when he's in the area, but he hasn't come since his first visit last year. I have been patient for over a year, but it seems nothing is going to be done by Tropical Wholesale to fix the problems. I was able to call the office and speak to a staff person on May 8, 2023. Her role is to relay messages to the owner. Unfortunately, now it seems I have been blocked from calling. Also, I am forbidden to access their website. Upon signing the contract, I was assured by the owner that I would have a lifetime warranty on products and labor. After the installation, my credit card was automatically charged for the balance of the payment without being notified. It seems Tropical Wholesale kept my credit card information on file, even though I specifically called the owner to have it removed when I saw it on the contract. He assured me that he'd take care of it. Long story short: I had to have the charge removed and a cashier's check made for final payment.This was an extremely stressful and bad experience.
