    On June 23, 2023 my son purchased a Service Dog ID Kit $199 and an e-Copy Service Dog Certificate (+$15.00). Comes with a vest with embroidered Service Dog Patches; (1) Service Dog Certificate, (1) Personalized Wallet card, (1) personalized metal collar tag and a booklet of information on how to work with your dog in public. There was nothing saying that your now certified service dog is not a legally certified service dog. They have already been on CTV News ********* ********************************************************** *******.html . I would like to get my money back if possible. Thank you

    As indicated on our website we provide identification. Comparable to the ** "guide dog service dog" act. (see attached)

    It is virtually impossible to certify a dog for a specific disability.

    Under the laws of Canada and ********* person doesn't have to disclose their disability to anyone. This is private information.

    Your order is in ** and should be delivered this week.

    Once you have received your order. Return all the items, when we receive the return, we will process a refund.
