- A credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Credit card will be charged a non-refundable reservation fee at the time of the reservation (that amount will be deducted from the final bill). The card will not be charged again unless you cancel the reservation with less then 14 days notice (30 days for summer and holiday bookings).
The cancelation policy is as follows:
14 days notice for cancellation without penalty is required. 30 days notice is required for Holiday and June/July bookings.
Less than 14 days/30 days notice of cancellation, the credit card will be charged 50% of the entire reservation.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the credit card will be charged 100% of the entire reservation.
No show, the credit card will charged 100% of the reservation.
Cancellation must be made via email.
NO refunds for early pick ups.
Payment types accepted: Cash, credit card, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks (if boarding for 14 days or more). - Business Categories
