    Jeff Dela Cruz **** the plans to build our home. Through all of my starts and stops and my changes, he was so professional. Every meeting, email and conversation was clear, friendly and he always was ready to make me happy; and that he did. In his business title it says "Consulting Services" - that is the biggest part that makes him stand out among many......he wants to hear from you and "consult" on what can work and what cannot. When I got our plans, I was surprised at how complete, accurate and well done they were. **** worked for **** Country many years as an inspector - so he knows what he is doing and what pitfalls to avoid so you don't get hung up in the permitting process.My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend ****************************************************
