      Maui Cannery Storage Storage unit rented for seven months (April 2023 - October 2023)Paid on time every month per contract ************************ statements of on-time payments when they kept overcharging me (their system was down in July 2023, according to office woman; I updated my address in their system on my account 4/30/*****/29/2023 Closed storage per contract rule with written notice; many electronic and household items were stolen, and my boxes were rummaged through, disorganized, opened (Cigarette smoke infested my unit area all the way down two hallways to the elevator. It was still an early evening open business hour, yet there was no light in that area to complete my business.)2/23/24 Company system still sending me error bills I have emailed, messaged (online site message board), phoned the company office numerous times throughout the time from April 2023 until February 23, 2024. I called several times and finally spoke with the office woman once. She asked for my credit card info so she could post payment for July (in August) from their office since she stated that their system was down in July.
