    We booked a concierge service at the ************** ************* in ****** for a water excursion. We expressed interest in booking a submarine dive tour for two adults and 1 child. We were asked if we would like to attend a Hilton timeshare meeting to save $160. We declined this opportunity and expressed our desire to purchase only the tour. The price per adult and child was never disclosed to us, and we were presented with the total just before the salesperson swiped our card. We were charged $565.22 for 2 adults and 1 child (3 Years old), per the receipt that is attached. We tipped 18% for the service, and was charged $666.96 (not shown on receipt). After looking around at other tour companies in the area, I realized we had been charged for extra for NOT attending the timeshare meeting. A typical price for each adult on the same tour is around $150, and per child $66 (or sometimes free with adult admission). The price for each person and a child that Blue Hawaiian Activities was never disclosed to us by the sales people at the time of purchase, and the additional $160 that would have been "discounted" was a deceptive sales tactic to overcharge on a service that we never agreed to pay for. It is not uncommon to be offered a timeshare meeting after which a customer would receive a discount off a standard price or to receive promotional merchandise for their attendance. This was no such offer. The practice of up-charging for a product or service without disclosing an itemized break-down of the charges to the customer is fraudulent and should cease. As a result we did not participate in the activity and service was never rendered. We would like for Blue Hawaiian Activities and Embassy Suites (Hilton Concierge) to refund us fully for the amount we paid $666.96, and to stop this predatory practice.
