      I visited Minit Medical urgent care center in Kehei on 10/10/2023. The provider, Minit Medical, scanned my ************ insurance card during my visit. I never received a visit statement from Minit Medical whatsoever. On 1/15/2024, I received a text from Minit Medical stating I have a balance due of $333.32 with a link to pay this amount with no statement details. Then I received a debt collection letter via from TSI on 2/15/2024 stating I owe $333.32. I called Minit Medical (***** location) on 2/20/2024 and asked why I was being billed this amount rather than the claim going through my insurance. ******* *************** advised me that Minit Medical originally incorrectly sent my claim to my insurance, then requested info. on my ********************** *****************************, which I immediately provided her over the phone. I was then advised that Minit Medical was going to resend my claim to insurance correctly. Since 2/20/2024, I have called Minit Medical multiple times and left messages with the front desk person, *******, and I have not received a call back nor has the claim been sent to my insurance as of 3/4/2024.
