    After having Davis install a countertop and sink and in my kitchen and bathroom, I wanted to do a completely retile my entire condo floor. My first experience was positive , however, when we wanted to inquire about a new bid , our experience was Very negative. The owner was two hours late ; the office lost our bid ; the **************** was very rude and it was like pulling teeth to get a one word Answer. We have lived on Island for 20 years and feel we understand the Island Culture. But we have never been treated so poorly. We are older but are Very polite and try to have an aloha spirit. We would definitely not recommend doing business with Davis again. They Are no longer the same efficient and cordial tile company.
