    I have rented a dumpster from this company and it was suppose to be on my property for only a week. Anything longer i get charged a daily charge. They missed their pick up date. When asked it was because they are short staffed which I understand. So I just asked to set up an established date to come. Then I was calmed by saying we would not be charged for extra days. The set up date to pick up the dumpster came and went. I called again and this time they said the dumpster driver had truck issues. So I then again asked to set up a date to pick up the dumpster. They set up a date the following week. I called today 11/29 to confirm that this third date they established they would be coming, but I was told there is no driver and hopefully he comes in tomorrow. I am beyond frustrated by the dumper being on my property longer than I signed up for and for getting charged/billed for extra days when it was ready on time. When I called and asked she said that I could not get a credit back until after the dumpster was collected. Well the dumpster has been ready on my part. So it is unfair to be charged for an issue which is not my problem. I just wish for the dumpster to get picked up and only charged for the correct amount of days at this point.

    I'd like to help, but the customer information provided does not match anything in our system.  I've searched all fields, name, address, telephone number, and email address, trying variations and wildcards to see if I could find something, but had no success.  I'm going to need additional information, such as the name or telephone number provided when the container was ordered, or, if the customer feels comfortable with providing it, a site address.
