Waited on the phone for over two hours (three diffrent times while between patient appointments) to file a complaint with ****** in Kona. I ordered a flooring measure, which took weeks to schedule and was mischeduled twice. Someone finally came out to perfrom the (paid in davnce) task last Sunday. Today, a man with a foreign accent called me at my psychiatry office today but left no message. I called back. After the individual refused to identify himself, he then repeatedly demanded to knw who I was (returning his call) and refused to use my professional title when asked to. He talked down to me; interrupted me and accused me of a number of untrue and quite awful things and made a not very subtle threat. He argued for a while about returning the fee for the useless service. Hence my calls to ******... Later during my busy clinical day, a manager from ****** Kona (*****) left a voice message that was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, repeating the contractors' lies. I was informed that because of these lies, I would be unable to have a contractor measure my floor or have my floor installed through ******. I kept the recording for ****** corporate and am looking forward to following up.

We were assigned to come out and measure her floors. I usually try not to refuse an opportunity to make money, in this case I officially declined *************************** potential flooring project due to extreme unsanitary conditions at her home. One of her dogs is paralyzed with open ****** wound on its side, animal f**** all over. Sad story, too much to handle, it was no go for us.

Store was notified, measure was canceled, full amount refunded to the customer by store officials.

    We moved on!

P.S.   By the way, *************** is no longer with Pacific Vista Development LLC
