      I am filing a formal complaint regarding a charge of $11,690.00 posted to my ********* credit card on October 14, 2024, by SP Empowerment **** Kailua-Kona, **. The handling of this charge by both SP Empowerment *** and the ************************************** raises significant concerns about their business practices and accountability.Timeline of Events Initial Refund Request: On October 14, 2024, I requested a refund from the **************************************, associated with SP Empowerment *** and Dr. **** *****. Delayed Response: Nearly a month later, the Association responded, stating my email had been sent to the wrong person. They neither forwarded it to the appropriate party nor provided guidance on how to proceed. Lack of Resolution: Despite my efforts to resolve this matter in good faith, no refund, resolution, or adequate response has been provided to date.Grounds for Dispute Unjustified Charge: I dispute the $11,690.00 charge as I did not receive any goods or services to justify it. Poor Communication: Both SP Empowerment *** and the ************************************** have demonstrated unprofessionalism and disregard for resolving this issue. Accountability Concerns: Their shared association with Dr. **** ***** heightens concerns about ethical practices and internal accountability.Requested Actions To resolve this matter, I request the following: Immediate Refund: A full reversal of the $11,690.00 charge to my account. Formal Response: A written explanation from SP Empowerment *** and the ************************************** regarding this charge and their handling of my complaint. Accountability Review: An internal review of the *************************************** delayed and inadequate response to my refund request.I have already submitted this dispute to *********s dispute department. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and ensure it is resolved promptly.

The individual in question has been refunded in full and has been in direct communication with a representative from Empowerment **** We deeply value our customers and take their concerns to heart, as they are essential to maintaining the trust and satisfaction we strive for.

      We recognize that we fell short in this instance and take full responsibility for the oversight. To prevent similar situations in the future, we have implemented corrective measures to ensure clearer communication and improved service.
