      This fraudulent and unethical company overcharged our credit card!!! We were quoted a flat rate fare from the dispatcher (****) who requested we pay with a credit card up front. The driver arrived with sickening scent of pot and snappy attitude which he apologized for. Thankfully, we safely arrived to our destination but we did not tip for obvious reasons. The cab company tipped themselves 40% of the fare, and the total bill was over $100.00 **!! I called **** at **** and he asked we send a letter of the concern to their contacts in their website. I did not receive a response nor did I get a receipt for the service. We called Uber to get us to the same destination the next day and were quoted half the price. It was my first-time using Uber and the driver was professional, courteous, and clean. It is unfortunate that this company has to resort to unprofessional conduct. I am trying to stay positive about our **** visit but companies like **** Taxi left an unpalatable taste in that is hard to digest. I would not expect this misconduct in a popular tourist destination like the Big Island. I will be sharing this event with friends and colleagues.

      This can company is not transparent. The company uses metres when it wants to and says it is allowed to charge double or more whenever they think it is needed. In this case it was one person, no baggage at the airport at midnight on the 27th. Shame All other friends and family members who also arrived late at night over the holidays were only charged the metre rate.
