    Hello, I signed my son up for 2 weeks of camp with this business and paid the deposit for both weeks. However, prior to the camp starting, I notified the camp that my son would not be attending via their email on their contact page. I never got a response. KidzArt then withdrew the remaining balance for both camp weeks from my bank account, totaling over an additional $700 (not including the deposit.) This occurred during the last 2 weeks of August 2023. I have emailed and called the company several times for a refund with no response. One day, I called the phone number to leave an additional message, and a man picked up and profusely apologized, saying he would get to it right away and that he had been meaning to take care of it. Nothing happened, and this was months ago. Approximately one month ago, I went to the camp site at the end of the day when a camp was running to talk to someone face to face and spoke to 2 ladies (presumably counselors) who also apologized and told me the owners were on vacation but would get to it as soon as they returned the following week. These 2 ladies took my email. I never heard from the owners.

    This was resolved with a refund already. There was a huge miscommunication  and our registering company did not respond according. On our end her charge was disputed, and she received a full refund.

    I know my response could be posted, but I wanted to elaborate that though the refund was very much processed on our end because it was disputed and taken out of our account, it seems that our customer may had also been experiencing drama with the child's father, and there was a depoccle about about them wanting the refund into the mother's account instead of back to the original payment source. We also informed her that we could not do it that way, which is why we wonder of that is why she complained. We only hope the best for our families that attend our program.

    I am so sorry, I do not know why I did not see the text thread.  I must have missed an email saying there was an update.  As far as I know, I have not received a refund.  Can you please ask the business what date it was returned to my account so I can check for sure?  I have no idea about what they are saying about conflict with my husband?  Perhaps they are mixing me up with a different customer, which is concerning. Please reopen this complaint, or I will start a new one if that is needed.  Thank you!
