      This formerly long-term local company that I used monthly for 20 years has been sold twice recently with no notification to me that a new owner is entering my property. I ended my services in writing via email March 20, with a response from the company. I ended it because I had a slightly overdue payment (weeks) and they googled me to find my work phone number and called there leaving a message with my staff. Inappropriate and the quality of the service changed, so I cut ties. No services were recieved after that. However, I am receiving repeat email bills for service in April. I have responded saying that no services were received. However, the company again called my place of work to leave a message about the fraudulent April bill.

We deeply regret the mistake and any inconvenience it may have caused you. After looking into your account it's evident that this was our error. We take responsibility for it. To resolve this issue we will immediately discontinue any charges for this service, Additionally we will zero out your account entirely. We are also reviewing our procedures to prevent errors from happening again in the future. Your satisfaction is highly important to us. We value your understanding and patience as we rectify this error. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize more for any inconvenience it may have caused.
