    On March 6, 2024 we hired Alpha Vision to take photos and video of our *********** dance competition. The details were discussed and deliverables were agreed upon. $2000 for 17 videos and photos of each crew, winners and action shots and a deposit of $600. There was to be 3 shooters. 1 photogrpaher, 1 stationary video and 1 moving camera 17. On the day if the event, they came late with only 2 people. They missed the 1st 3 groups set up their stationary camera and took a few photgraphs. About an hour into the event we saw them sitting in their car during the competition. Although the camera was sitting in the auditorium, there were no ohotos being taken. After the event they required the balance and refused to send photos or videos. I asked to negotioate lrice as they missed 3 crews and was not going to do an event recap video. The agreed to lower price to $1600. We submitted payment with the romise of photos and video that day. It has been a month later and excuse after excise of why they are unable to send deliverables. We asked for a refund and they said they were unable to refund since the video were already being downloaded and promised it would be sent that evening. Still no videos or photos.
