    On 10/3/24 I contracted Shobu's to install a WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser for my wine cellar. I purchased and provided the WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser at the worksite. TheWhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser includes a manual with instructions for proper installation. On 10/3/24 I texted the link to ******* ****, estimator for Shobu's, as he requested, for the WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser prior to receiving the contract. The link includes the instructions for proper installation of the WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted220V-condenser. On 10/11/24 Shobu's installed the WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser. The WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser was not functioning properly and not achieving a temperature of 55 degrees in the wine cellar. On 10/14/24 I contacted WhisperKOOL and spoke to ********* ******, who informed me that the the WhisperKOOL Quantum 12000-ducted-220V-condenser was not functioning correctly because it was not installed properly in keeping with the instruction manual.
