    I purchase a vehicle from them on August 2nd. I got a service that after thinking about it, I didn't need. I called them to ask if I could get it taken off my contract since the paperwork with the credit union had not been processed. The finance manager cancelled the service for me, but would not change the contract to reflect the change so the credit union could finance the correct amount. All I kept getting from him was that it was too late for that and that it was a done deal. Even a manager I talked to agreed with him. So I talked to my credit union again and they told me since the paperwork was not processed, the dealership CAN change the contract to reflect the change. I reread my contract and there is section in the back that says the contract CAN be changed. So for some unknown reason, they just don't want to change it, like they are punishing me for cancelling the service. As of this writing, there is still no resolution to this situation, even though the credit union has set the paperwork back to them to reflect the change. Confused and Befuddled ....change the contract, they get their money and I get my car.

    When Mr ********* informed us that he wished to cancel the Tire and Wheel contract that he added to the sale contract, the contract had already been sent to the credit union. In a case like this we cancel the requested contract and send the refund to the lienholder as required by the lienholder. Mr ********* called his credit union and they agreed to send the contract back to us which enables us to re-write the contract without the tire and wheel protection. At no time did King Windward Nissan refuse to cancel the extra protection and Mr ********* was informed that a full refund would be sent to his lienholder. We have received the contract from the credit union and we are waiting for a return call from Mr ********* so we can schedule a time for him to sign the new contract without the Tire and Wheel protection.

    I had the worst experience at a dealership ever! When I explain my issue to the manager he made me feel like I was the problem taking no responsibility for their lack of accountability. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Most businesses want to make you feel satisfied but not this place.Avoid this dealership at all cost and take you business elsewhere.
