  Eco Shield is a scam. They came into my area and tried to upsell me. They claimed to be offering me a discount because my neighbors were on their special deal. I have evidence, in the form of pictures. ***, text if you sign up today, I can offer you a rate of $119 every two months and a disconnection fee of $75. August 24th. *******, a good worker, did the job. He came into my garage and one bathroom in my house. During the sign-up process, I mentioned that I had a pet in the garage and requested that they call me before coming to my house ******* did what was required. I had a second appointment, which was September 7th, and I had no idea why I needed an inspection I asked the man who came, when was my next second cycle? He said September 26th no one showed up, so I called to schedule an appointment.I wanted to take them to a new area, the yard, and asked if they could call me because on the 29th, HECO was coming, and they were turning off our power on our street. She noted it on the computer. On September 29, someone showed up. I had a text to rate ****** and that's how I knew they showed up upon calling the company. I explained to them that I just checked my camera, and he was doing the outside. The person told me I had my second service, which doesn't make sense. If you just did my garage and in one bathroom for the first cycle, wouldn't you do the same spot you did? He did a job that wasn't asked for the supervisor was so rude to me, tried to gaslight me, and made me feel like I was putting down his workers being *********** have a call when they're outside. So, I decided to tell him I didn't want to continue the service and that my disconnection fee was $75. They already were paid $124.00 on August 24th. I had two services with them, one service that didn't even complete the first service. I was informed that my disconnection fee amounts to $261, not 75$. They are liars, and scammers do not link with them this business operates outside of ******.

  Do not waste your time and precious hard earned money on this company. This October 6, 2023., I was set up for a bi-monthly service as to which their employee ********************, was late. Also he was angry when I told him I was going to follow him around to see the way he was spraying because the last service rep, was caught on my cameras over spraying and spraying areas of the property he was told not to. Furthermore ******** began to argue w me when I explained that I wanted him to avoid spraying the product in areas where my dog eats the grass and where I have an outdoor gym equipment set up. He ignored what I asked and kept spraying, while I stood there and watched him. I was fed up and asked him to stop the service, even if he was only half way done! I told him to take his rat bait station and his poor attitude and leave my house. He continued arguing and began saying that I was giving him a headache. Then after paying for the full service, their customer service ****** said if I wanted to cancel that I would have to pay a $265 cancellation fee! I was on the phone all day, with multiple reps trying to ignore my cancellation requests. Finally *****, the 3rd service rep I spoke w said she would have the manager call back since one was not available to speak w me. Which never happened. Instead they just keep sending an email stating if I wanted to change services to call their customer service ***** Basically avoiding my request for cancellation. As a potential customer please consider using Pestie, or a Lowes product instead. But if u want to trust ******** control on Oahu Island in ******, DO NOT TRUST ECO SHIELD. They will continue to charge you for negligent service. If they do service your property make sure you turn on your cameras if you cannot be present to follow them around. They will either over spray or spray things you do not want them to touch.
