I bought a work at home web class. If I did not like the class, I could request a full refund. I have been trying to get my $255 refund since May. They emailed me that their Stripe payment account was locked and they could not give me a refund. I contacted Stripe support and they said to have the vender contact them to have their account fixed so they can give me a refund. They must not have contacted the Suport at Stripe because they are still stating that their account is frozen and they can not give me a refund. They told me to file a claim with my bank and they would not dispute it and I could get a refund that way. **************** refused to file a claim because I waited a week to request a refund. Tell us why here...

    Aloha BBB,

Received a complaint from BBB.  It is a complaint originating from ******************************  We have no idea what this is about.  We do not offer a web class for $255.  We never had a Stripe account to receive the funds she indicated. There are more than one independent company that are named Advanced Technology Associates.  It sounds like a firm by the same name received these funds, perhaps that firm went bankrupt.  A long time ago I looked up the name and if I recall correctly there was another firm in ********, and perhaps elsewhere, but no others in ******.  This complaint is directed at the wrong company, we are at all not involved with this.  Plus our name includes ****** at the end.
