  I wish I could not give a star at this point. Met with a gentleman in early December for a quote his name was ******. I was told during that walk through and measurements that if we placed our order before the end of December it would be in by the end of March. This company completely lies to get contracts and not produce as you can see by everyone leaving reviews. Almost if not more $23k in doors and screens ordered in December it is now July. Originally told end of March by the original person but I didnt read the contract where it says ***. I wish I would have went with diamondhead windows and doors they still have the same warranty way cheaper and dont lie about ship times to get customers $17,905 for the same doors and screens. I overpaid for absolutely nothing but horrible customer service no approximate date on receiving my orders or install. Reading all other reviews there could be enough to stick it to them so they get their s*** together. I have been offered no compensation for their lies and deceit.

  After many months delay for the replacement glass on order, the glass for one of the new 14 windows has been installed this June 2023. The workers, **** and ****, were considerate and did their job of installing the glass pane.Over all I was satisfied with their installation, but since then, I noticed that they missed cleaning the polish off the glass in the upper areas of the window. I wish they had done it completely so I could rate their services with an "A+." This especially so because I just had all the windows cleaned professional a few days earlier.Still, I am grateful that the job is now completed.

  I contacted Discount Windows in November 2022 regarding a single hung window which doesnt stay up. As requested by Ms * of the warranty department, I sent photos of the balancer so she could check if it was in stock and get me an appointment. About a week later, she informs me that theyre waiting for balancers to come in and would have their service tech bring several sizes to see which one fits my window. She said shed let me know when the shipment arrives but with no estimated time of arrival yet. A month later, she informs me that balancers they received were the wrong ones and they were trying to get the correct balancers so we can work on our warranties. By January 2023, she tells me theyre still waiting for balancer replacements. She then informs me only now that my warranty has expired.I agree to the price she quotes for their technician to do the repair. As a final blow, in February 2023 she informs me that their manufacturer will no longer be using or supplying them with the balancers and to seek out a local window supply company for parts. She had no recommendations but said If you look on the internet, you should be able to find one.My faith and trust in Discount Windows is now down to zero. Its hard to understand why a company exclusively selling windows isnt able to repair their products. What will happen to other customers this company sells their products to, leaving them in a lurch when they need a repair? Im totally disappointed in Discount Windows and want others to know what I experienced.

With the highest regard, our warranty department has been assisting and has been keeping in contact with you throughout the entire process with updates as they evolved. Unfortunately, the parts required are from a manufacturer that went out of business during the pandemic and we are unable to get them from our current suplier. To save you from paying for a service request that we are unable to find parts for, we offered a more affordable route and have followed up since to see how we could help trying to reach you by phone and email but we have not been able to get a response. We are here to go over the options if you could please respond to our phone calls and email. Thank you.

  I bought windows and patio door from Discount Windows and Doors. When they arrived I was contacted by a very nice gal **** to give me the news, and that I'd be getting a call from my installer **** to set up the installation date. Once everything was installed I was beyond happy, I can't stop looking at my windows! They windows did miracles for the heat and overall feeling inside and outside my home. From start to finish working with Discount Windows was a pleasure. I will recommend them to all my friends.
