  We think that they are a pretty bad company. We started dealing with their main person around August 2022. We then met him in September 2022 with a carport project with a deck ready for him to do. We had them lay the cement for the carport project and also for an added section for a shed foundation. He completed the cement section within the week after we met with him in September, but after that it has been nearly impossible to get updates or information about the project from him and nothing more has been done with the project since. We already paid him $36,511.51 cash and, after deducting the already completed cement section, he still owes us $18,511.51 if he's not going to complete the project. We called him in October, and he told us that his grandmother had died, and he had to go to the funeral in *******. Then we did not hear from him until we called him in November to let him know that we would be in Kauai in December. Later on, he responded and said that he has to go to his house in Kona because his house there had been burglarized and his flight was delayed in ***********. We were supposed to meet him in Kauai in December after he arrived home, but then 2-days before we left for Kauai, we called him, and he never answered the phone. And other times it seemed that somebody answered but hung up. We continued sending emails, and then he finally came back asking for another building drawing from us in December, which we sent to him, but we had not heard anything from him again for the next 3 months. Now, in March 2023, we are in Kauai and we emailed him again and told him to let us know what's going on with the project. He responded...finally but said that he's with him Mom in ********* and will be back in a week. Delay after delay after delay.
