In recent discussions, the Association has informed me that they exclusively sell inventory they own. At one time, the property I now own was indeed under the ownership of the Association or an affiliated entity for which they assumed responsibility when they agreed to manage it. I understand that no deed-back program currently exists, and I am not seeking any special treatment. My only request is for this property to be returned to the Associations inventory for resale. I am not asking for any financial compensation on the sale. Should the Association agree to take it back, the property would once again become part of their active inventory. The Association claims they are not involved and cannot reclaim the property because it is deeded in my name. However, this reasoning seems flawed. The property was transferred to me by their predecessor, and it can just as easily be transferred back to them. They have openly acknowledged that they continue to sell inventory, so I fail to understand why they are using this baseless excuse to avoid assisting me in reaching a resolution. My recent move from ********** to ******** has made trips to ****** not only impractical but also prohibitively expensive. As a retiree, my household income has decreased by two-thirds, and maintaining this property has become an unmanageable financial burden. I am simply asking the Association to approach this matter with fairness and understanding, rather than offering excuses to avoid helping me. The company has failed to address my specific questions and refused to speak to me any further on the matter.
