      ****** came to uninterested piping in our neighborhood. They broke our sewer pipe 4 weeks ago. Sewer came into our house 3 weeks ago because of them breaking it. They are giving me the run around about refunding my money it was $16,000. They keep making excuses and now there is almost $300 in interest and they want a payment which we don't have the money to pay. They said it would be prompt but it was not and they say it's going to be a while before they decide if they are paying us or not. They also broke 2 gas lines on our street as well. The money we paid out was to the sewer company so the sewer would stop backing up into our home

      The claimant called H&M daily.  She reported she had to hire a plumber for repairs claiming she had sewage outside of containment that needed to be cleaned up. The sewage outside containment required the claim to be escalated.  A check was overnighted to the claimant on July 16, 2024 in the amount of $24,207. This claim was reported and resolved within thirty days.
