    *** ****** runs a shoddy construction company (HTECC). He promises payment and never delivers. The only person in the world that matters to ***, is *** himself. He'll be friendly and easy to work with until your work is done, and then he **** ***** wall you. He'll promise payment "in two weeks" and then "in another week" and then "payment is right around the corner" and then you'll find yourself months later still without any payment. *** won't pay until you hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit. You have to sue him to get paid. Bad business practices! *** should go back to the mainland. Lahaina has suffered enough from the wildfires, and us local contractors deserve to get paid and treated fairly!
