    I had cancelled our account and had arranged with ***************************** in February 2023 to have our gas tanks to be picked up from our office, because we were no longer administering gas to our patients. As such, it was my understanding that our FINAL payment would be in March 2023. Our account was on autopayment, and after March 2023, NO INVOICES were neither mailed nor emailed to our office, and NO AUTOPAYMENTS were made to my card after March 2023. Consequently, I had no reason to believe that Matheson did not pick up the tanks from our office. It was not until recently I randomly received an email with invoices for a whole year. When I Matheson that these invoices were in error, since our account had been closed in 2023, the person asked if the tanks were still in our office. When I had the staff check, it was to my surprise that the tanks were still there, because Matheson never picked up the tanks.Had they at least sent me an invoice or even charged my credit card back in 2023, I would have been alerted that something was wrong, and I would have immediately rectified the situation. We are being charged for tanks sitting in our office. We never used them. So I sent them the attached letter. Someone named ****** from their billing department called me and I explained the situation. She said that she would speak with "corporate" and have their local sales rep call me. No one has contacted me yet. They are still sending me the invoices. I paid the March 2023 invoice, informing them that had they sent me the March invoice, I would have been alerted about the tanks still being in my office and then immediately called them to pick up the tanks ASAP, but I should not be responsible to anything beyond that.
