Jun and his team were great to work with. They provided excellent service and clearly communicated with me every step of the way to replace my damaged roof with a new one. I highly recommend Unlimited Home Services.

We would like to MAHALO the wonderful staff of Unlimited Home Services for their hard work on getting our roof replaced, with no cost to us ?Our roof was missing some shingles from numerous heavy winds and is leaking whenever it rains. We know how expensive it would be to replace it, so we put it off for a long time. One day a friend referred Unlimited Home Services to me. Jun ******** called and explained the process to me. ***** *******, claim adjuster, started the process of filing a claim on our behalf. Our insurance was going to pay only a small amount of the cost, but *** fought on our behalf. It was a very long process, but *** staff kept on working on it. At the end, our insurance covered the whole cost, and we got a new roof! When the job started, we found some additional repairs that needed to be done. ****, ******, **** and the rest of the crew happily accommodated us. ******* was super at coordinating every small piece of the project and never fails to give us an update.We are so happy with the result, we would have no problem referring them to others. 5 starsMy roof had missing and damaged shingles. Also, leaking in my carport. A friend referred me to Jun ******** of Unlimited ************* Being a first time home owner I was clueless on what to do. Unlimited ************ took my issues and fought hard for my best interest. 5 starsThank you very much Unlimited Home Services. My roof was old and wind damaged. **** helped us through the process to get a new roof at "no out of pocket " expense. I was so relieved. I did not have to dip into my retirement fund. Thank you to ******* for scheduling and the roofing technicians. They were professional and cleaned up at the end of each work day. 5 starsMahalo Nui Loa to **** and the whole Unlimited Home Services team! Our Ohana in ********* are so blessed to have been referred to UHS to help us after we experienced wind and rain damage that compromised our roof. Being retired, this was a stressful situation to think that our roof would not be repaired. Thankfully, we were referred to Unlimited Home Services! After we contacted ****, he came out to the house, assessed the damages and assured us he would do his best to get a positive outcome, and he followed up and did exactly that. **** worked with ***** securing a fair outcome and a 100% replacement of our roof. We are so grateful for their expertise and support!**** and his team were knowledgeable, reassuring, professional in all aspects of our claim, and they did a quality job on our roof. ***** and the roofing team did a beautiful job. They removed our solar, did the repairs and reinstalled the panels. Now our roof looks great and with no leaks after a week of heavy rainfall. We were so blessed to be referred to **** and the Unlimited team!
