    This company is horrendous. Definitely predators as well illegal practices.

    Predatory tow company. Website has nothin on it and only phone number listed is on the BBB. They towed my car from a compact spot even though my car is considered compact suv and fit within all the lines of the parking stall exactly like a compact car would fit. Nothing was sticking out or blocking anyone. Requested cash then hawaii law required card option available. This company needs to be shut down.

    Complete crooks. Illegally Towing cars in compact spots even though I was completely in the lines. Then using intimidation tactics when you try to dispute it.

    Towed my car from a compact spot even though my car is considered compact suv and fit within all the lines of the parking stall exactly like a compact car would fit. Nothing was sticking out or blocking anyone. Also the worker was an a****** and yelled at me.

    This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I scheduled a tow pick up for 7 am and at the time of my scheduled pick up, my insurance company (not tow4sho) informed me that they had an emergency and had to push back my pick up two hours. I am an understanding person so no big deal, I get it emergencies happen. Two hours later I get a text from an unknown person saying the company had another emergency and that my pick up was pushed back two more hours. I was told that traffic accidents take priority over scheduled pick *** and that I would have to wait. I explained that I already woke up early to meet a driver that did not show up, took time off of work and am losing money, and my car is still not towed to the shop to which they replied that they were sorry and there is nothing they can do. Do yourself a favor and call a different company for your towing needs. This one does not keep their own scheduled appointments nor do they care AT ALL about their customers time. 10 thumbs down.

    My vehicle was held hostage for 1 week following an accident. They were informed that ********************* had a 24/7 drop box yet they chose to leave it on their lot. When they finally delivered it to it's destination at a body shop a week later, all 4 windows were down, my keys were left in the car and not the drop box, several seats, the door panel, and floor were all 3 covered in mud and grease. It was so dirty that the maintenance manager put plastic down before moving it to the back lot. They didn't even know who the vehicle belonged to since no papers were filled out when dumped out front. When speaking with the owner, he demands video proof yet they leave the car where there it's not supposed to be left so there are no cameras. Say he was on vacation yet there's documented proof of the insurance company speaking with him 4 days before the car was finally delivered. Numerous calls, voice messages, and emails all left unanswered. You can't run a business like this. If you read his replies to complaints on ******* he spews nothing but excuses and political opinions.
