Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me with a case of a fumigation company not honoring the warranty. I further learned that my home was not fully fumigated and only the window was treated and the company falsified information for the seller. This was disclosed by ****** on 10/26 when he was mentioning what he had reviewed on the homes history. He also admitted the carport was not tented, when it should have been. Im 100% service connected veteran and live off my benefits and this is a significant hardship. I was promised on 10/26 that the house would be tented but now the wife, *******, is not returning my calls. She is saying I am now in the spot treatment phase of the warranty, but the 2 times I had them out here before that fact they told me the droppings were old. and if this spot treatment thing is a real part of the 4 year warranty they pushed me out of the 2 year window. Since they lied about the services done for the seller, I think its not worth their time to come out here and fumigate my house for free. Their problem for doing shady business right? The seller paid **** according to the fumigation report. I remember my realtor telling me about the seller being angry with the first inspection company ******. I have the email about the fight. My certificate in hand says my warranty is good until May 14, ****. The business is Justice Fumigation. I now see similar experiences on company reviews on Yelp. The first time he came he said the droppings were old, and also on the second time he came. No honoring or warranty. The 3rd time he came out after I mentioned getting a second opinion, he treated my utility closet and said ******* would be contacting to schedule me. She didnt want to honor the warranty, and no one is returning my calls now. I dont want to have to go to court, but thats whats going to happen for all parties if my house is not fumigated.Would appreciate any guidance and help. Thank you.
