I purchased a 20x20 Turn key packaged Tiny Home from Father and Sons Paradise Homes, LLC (down payment was on 11/20/23), with high expectations that this was a qualified contractor who knew what they were doing. Huge Mistake! I paid them $141,361.20 for the tiny home and was told by the contractor that they had all the qualified subcontractors to complete the job. I have all the receipts, pictures of home/damages and text messages with the contractor trying to shake off his mistakes and blaming everything on Manufacturing. He told me there is no warranty papers on the house. The roof has been leaking from the beginning from rain, the windows were also leaking. The invoice says that they sealed the house, but we have rain water, roaches, lizards, and even coqui frogs coming in the house. We moved in the house in January and it has been a nighever since! The flooring is lifting up, the bedroom door which they claim the fixed, is still scraping the floor, the svreen door and sliding glass door is very hard to open and close, not to forget the kitchen and bathroom sink pipes leak, with the bathroom pipe spewing water everywhere, flooding the home, damaging bedding, cgairs, etc. The rain leaks from the ceiling and drains down through the light fixtures. We now have to spend more money to have a roofing and electrical contractor come to fix the roof and the electricals. I am at a total loss and need some assistance resolving this issue! This contractor has his business name published in the ************* paper and I would hate to see more people having to go through the same nightmare as we are now! This contractor should be held accountable for their actions! Photos and copies of receipts to be provided upon request. Please Assist!
