I paid $2997 for this product, but when I found out from my Advisor on the last call that the total price was $80,000, to have it all done for you, I stopped using the product because in reality they teach you nothing. They told me they gave financing options. but when I still refused they treated me like I was foolish because I didnt want anymore debt. He told me its OK to go in debt because this is good debt. I still said no, their so called training, they set it up so it drags out nearly the entire 30 days, so to make it harder to get a refund! My dad got sick and we found out he had prostate cancer, so I have missed my refund opportunity, because I was doing things that actually matter. I have asked for a refund. The only thing they would refund me is the $97 monthly support bill. I want a refund for the full amount. I have already talk to my local news channel and Im setting up another appointment with them for next week so I can take this out more into the open to let people know how he is scamming the poor people he is rich because of the poor people. And ****** is filling up my inbox with these stupid emails like I have never asked for a refund and some of his emails I find offensive because he uses the * word or the * word! I am a ********* and I do not want to go into business with anybody, who is as greedy as these people are. so thats it for now. His program is B* because they literally teach you nothing and if you want more training you have to continue buying and then to ask for $80,000 on the last call. No thank you. I just want my $2997 refund back on my card! Im surprised he is on the BBB unless hes paying someone to be on here because he has the best scam going I do believe! I did try going on there and getting a receipt, nothing.and I even went to the refund page which was no longer available at no longer exists it said! *CAMMER*Business Response

There may be some confusion on Katherines part on what she actually bought with us - as our records indicate that ********* hasn't been through ANY of our PRO Curriculum and resources that she bought.
Also, we don't have any program that is $80,000 - and don't charge for support. It looks like she had subscribed to our software, which was the $97 program that has been cancelled and refunded.
We do have additional mentorship programs, but we do not hard sell them, and customers are not forced to buy, as ********* has proven. She bought a product and hasn't been through it.That said we are committed to customer satisfaction, and will reach out to ********* to get her squared away one way or another.

I am rejecting this response because:they say that Im confused as to what I bought, but they are confused because theyre scamming so many people. I bought the uplevel system, boot camp, pro breakthrough Excelerator program. I first dealt with *******************, then he sent me to ****************************** The first scam is the webinar which was $30. Then they wanted another $197 then $**** and then once you talk to **** your so-called business plan he asked for $39,999 for one part of it or a total of $80,000 for the whole program to be done for you so you can just start making money so they claim. I am not the one confused they are. I have proof where I bought the program for ****. Then I rejected the rest of it. I was not buying into it, like I said this is the best scam going around. Preying on people, giving them hope they they can become wealthy. They have so many different names for one program so therefore theyre confused about which one theyre selling at the moment. But webpages have been taken down phone numbers you cant reach anybody, so as I said, Im going to my local news channel to get the word out about ***********************, and the super affiliate Netwerk system. So yes I reject their message because it also says that they will contact me one way or another. I have not heard anything from anybody so therefore there is another lie. I just want my $**** put back on my credit card. And what they are doing is against my ********* beliefs, so I want a total refund! what they are basically trying to teach you is to flood, email addresses, build your email list, flood it until people respond and buy something.

Again, we don't have any program that is $80,000. I'm also not sure what ********* is referencing about webpages being taken down and phone numbers where she cant reach anyone. Shes mentioned that she has spoke with 2 team members on the phone, and we are in contact with her through email with customer support.
Despite ********* not going through any of the PRO curriculum (which she did indeed pay for) We have refunded her money and wish her the best.

I bought into their program on the understanding from their promotion that I would be able to start an online marketing business selling products for profit in a reasonable amount of time as they continually promised. What I received was a deluge of up sells for coaching. No access to the products they had set up to actually start any online presence to market products or training of such material. Just a never ending slow feed of ******* videos. When I called the number to request a refund there was an automated message with no function to request a refund other than a voicemail. Their instructions were to select option 2 on their website to request said refund, but that option was not availed on their message when I called. I reached out to the last "coach" I had dealings with and he said he would notify them but didn't expect I would receive any results. He was correct. My original and first call was before the target date for a refund. 30 business days. I am out $2919.97 and still have no way of producing any sales online as promised. They offered me one more upsell at $50,000.00 and I could not justify that considering what I had received in the past. I expect them to at the very least honor their refund policy and provide me a full refund of $2919.97 without any further delays. Thanks and I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. In regards to ************************, this customers advisor reached out to us on 11/16/22 to let us know the customer was asking for a refund. He explained to the member there was no refunds on our mentorship programs due to the done for you deliverables that come at a cost to us to create for the customer and put in there back office. All of ************************ done for you deliverables were added into his back office on 10/11/22. The same date of purchase of the product. We reached out to him through support on 11/16/22 when the advisor informed us of the members request and we did not hear back from him. Please see the attached correspondence where we tried to reach the customer and did not get a response. When the member signed up he was given an agreement to read through and agree to before signing. It is clearly stated that the customer has 3 days to cancel the transaction. Please see the customers signed agreement in the attachments. We do have further mentorships that our customers can choose to purchase but they are completely optional and do not need to be purchased in order to begin marketing. With regards to getting things going and starting to make a profit, it all depends on each individuals efforts. We have no control over what a customer will or wont do in order to get there business up and running and we do not make any guarantees of any kind for results because we dont know how much each individual personal will take. ************************ still currently has access and we would love to be able to help him get started with his business. We have given all the tools and training as well as access to live coaching to help him with working on his businesses. We have attached our refund policy. I am rejecting this response because: The way they slow drip the information and keep you locked out of everything except the coaching modules it takes over a month to get to the last upsell where you are going to get more coaching from another coach who is going to unlock more videos from ******* to watch. Yes they sent a screen shot of a correspondence to the BBB but I never received it on my end. I have not used any of their materials and do not go to their page and have not since the 8th of November. There was no training on how to set up or use any of the products ( copy and paste, *************, or any done for you aspects), just cheerleading and empty promises. I'm beginning to think this was nothing more than a very well disguised MLM project. I paid for how to a product and received useless coaching and an extreme waste of time.

Hi I would like to take the time to say Ive enjoyed the program but no one can talk to the owner, and to request for a full refund it is an automated e-mail. I dont have this kind of money to buy the products to finish. Also I signed up for program about a week ago Im asking for a full refund ASAP Im within my rights Im not completely satisfied, and it also said from the company we will get the refund if the company waste our time. This customer bought our $4.97 online blueprint - and has been completely refunded already.
No where in the sales material do we promise that for the $4.97 does the customer get a direct line of communication with the owner. I'm not sure why that would be the assumption.
But, we wish ******* the best in all of her endeavours moving forward!

Hi My name is *********************, I attached the pay that I did to the company, but I am very disappointed because the follows reasons 1- the advisor ***********************, yesterday did not call me to have the interview, I send to him emails, also I was conected from 6:45 pm waiting to connect for zoom.2- after finish the first 3 modules of the course, the information was not the same to the advertisement the promote to ********3- I would like have my refund for the same 2 payment I did equal to ****** + ***** total of 228.97.4- when you call to the phone number ********** automatically no person contest, you need to leave a message in a robot machine.5- I did not feel save in a program that is different to the propaganda they made at ******** Because in the advertisment I saw, in that platform they don't say that you need pay for the services of ****** and other's services 5- in the ************** I made a question and nobody respond to me. In regards to *********************, we have fully refunded the member as of today 10/12/2022. Please see the screenshot provided for her refund that has been processed. Her funds will reflect in her account in 3-5 Business days. We have our customer support email listed right in our customers back office for them to submit a refund request at any time. We did not have any requests come through from ********************* to our support desk. We do have a customer support phone line that you do have the option to leave a message through an automated system. There can sometimes be technical difficulties when customers have appointments scheduled with their advisors due to multiple reasons. We arent sure what happened here as it could have been a miscommunication on either our part or on the customers, a wrong date scheduled for the call, an error technically, etc we do our very best to not have things like this occur but sometimes errors occur. It is never our intention. We want all of our customers to have a great experience going through our training program. Our training involves learning how to market online as a whole. We teach on how to market on multiple platforms on the internet not one specific one and not using only one specific method or marketing strategy. Sometimes there are fees when it comes to running your own online business depending on where you are planning to market and what route each individual decides to go with their business. We also teach our customers free marketing strategies as well so they can get there business started without having it cost them for advertising. In the screenshot the customer provided we see that it was taken 17 hours after the comment was made. We get a lot of requests for things in different places even when they should be sent to our customer support desk to be handled properly and we do our best to catch those ones. Since they arent requested in the right place for a refund we dont see them as quickly as our ******** groups are very active and busy. This specific screenshot was from a video that was done on 10/10/2022. It is the video below that one that says 7/29/2021. They are two completely separate dates by over a years time.
