    4/23/2024 $1025.64 Confirmation number#********* It was by far the worst activity experience I've ever had. My girlfriend and I signed up for two snorkeling sessions and even reserved wet suits. However, upon boarding the boat, we were told they didn't see our reservation, so no preparations were made for us. After confirming that we did indeed have a reservation, they hastily found two ill-fitting wet suits for us to wear.I asked where we could go snorkeling since the boat was anchored in the middle of the ocean, which was a scuba diving spot. It was impossible to see anything snorkeling in such deep waters, and it wasn't safe for just the two of us to go in by ourselves. Their response was that their company primarily focused on providing scuba diving services and didn't really cater to snorkelers, hence the lower price. This struck me as odd because their business website does mention there will be a instructor for every 4 customers. Their boss even mentioned that diving and snorkeling were completely different activities, and he himself had no understanding of snorkeling, so they don't really pay too much attention on customers for snorkeling. This led me to believe that the money we spent on snorkeling was merely to fill their boat with people, as they didn't provide instructor as website description, suitable locations, proper safety equipment, or service for snorkelers. This snorkeling product was essentially deceiving consumers.

    On 8/19/22 I reserved and paid for 3 days of 2-tank diving using Prodiver Maui - Dates of service were to be 9/29/22, 9/30/22, and 10/3/22. On 9/23/22, I received a voice mail message from the owner stating that he needed to take the boat out of the water on 9/30/22 for maintenance/repairs. I began emailing *****************, the owner, on 9/24/22 to see if I could dive with him another day. Unfortunately, the boat would still be out of the water on 10/1/22 and the business was closed on Sundays (10/2/22). I have asked via email several times about a refund (where the owners' responses did not address a refund)with the latest request being 10/25/22 to which there was no response.
