    Worst company ever!! I spent better part of last year planning my 10 year Val renewal on Christmas day 2022 Not only did ***** ,the owner, not have a beach for us to get remarried on the one she recommended was covered people, tents and unkept. You would think if you were a wedding planner you would have a beach available that was fit to get married on. To make matters worse she gave us very bad directions. when the official showed up he was dressed like Santa Claus. My husband had a fit and immediately said we want our money back or she quickly not missing a beating said NO REFUNDS. She also charged me an additional $50 for beach permit which I dont understand since she didnt have a Beach for us to get married on. I said to her youre telling me out of all the coastline in Maui you couldnt find ** a better beach. She ignored that comment I had also upgraded the flowers, which, as we were driving away ,she made a half assed attempt to hand them to us, the sad thing is we use this company 10 years ago to get married with a different owners who are amazing and had a fantastic experience I worked really hard for the additional money and time to make our vow renewal special and she scammed me out of $1400. She totally ruined our Christmas and She ruined our 10 year anniversary and for that I will never forgive her or this company for. I sent a request to refund the same day and it fell on deaf ears.
