    Dear ***** of Naikela Botanicals,I have not received my fully paid tea subscriptions since August 2022. Per my records, Naikela Botanicals owes me the following for my fully paid subscriptions: Yes, Naikela already charged me for the teas, but have not fulfilled sending the teas to me.August 2022 - 2 tins Kauai Cleanse and 2 tins North Shore Punch + teas of the month.September 2022 - 2 tins Kauai Cleanse and 2 tins North Shore Punch + teas of the month.October 2022 - 2 tins North Shore Punch + tea of the month November 2022 - 2 tins North Shore Punch + tea of the month December 2022 - 2 tins North Shore Punch + tea of the month That's a total of 14 tins that Naikela Botanicals owes me (4 tins of Kauai Cleanse and 10 tins of North Shore Punch). At the subscription price that I paid of $480 for the year, that works out to $20 per tin. 14 tins x $20 = $280 of teas that is still owed to me. I have tried to contact Naikela Botanicals through text messaging, emails and through Naikela's website many times from August 2022 through January 2023 but only received a response from **** back in September that teas would be mailed out on September 27th but nothing was received. I have sent multiple emails and text messages from Aug through today, only to get no response from Naikela Botanicals. At this point, I would settle for the teas that I already paid or a refund of $280 for the teas I haven't received.
