    Sadly disappointed by the way we were treated by Parrish Kauai Collections. We spend a very good amounts of money for a house that had many issues that did not make it an enjoyable experience. We had ants everywhere in the kitchen. Spider webs that have not been cleaned for *** weeks. A hot tub that was filled so much with chlorine, that it was unusable. Coffee makers that didn't work. On top of all of that, when we put a review on their site, they replied with 'Fake Review' and they said we were trying to extort money from them. Pretty sad how such a company still in business. The sad thing is the home owners that let this company manage their properties do not know the reality of how their homes are being treated. Zero accountability by Parrish Kauai Collections.

    Very poor customer service. We had several issues once we arrived - broken appliances, bad smell inside the residence, LOTS of cobwebs inside and out, uncontrolled ants. We called on the first day and they sent someone out to "deal" with the ants but that only involved laying some ant traps on the counters...where we were trying to prep food. We sent several emails once we returned home but didn't get a response for 2 weeks and then were told that, in essence, the problem was ours, we didn't contact them while we were on site, and no, we would not be getting a refund but would be offered a small discount on the next trip. When we left a complaint on their web site the response from the company was that it was a "fake" review from people trying to "extort" from the company. This company is NOT one I would ever recommend - especially for the huge prices they collect for what would otherwise be an amazing home.

    Absolutely false advertising about their accommodations. We have advised them of our unhappiness and their response is to accuse ** of trying to extort money. Absolutely ludicrous. This company should be investigated.
