    Up-Country Plumbing, Byron Gonsalves, has done a few jobs for me and each time I swore I would never use him again. He arrives in a dirty, beat-up old truck. He is soiled and unkept. And he is uncommunicative, confused, and inarticulate when he does speak. I did not realize these were harbingers of things to come. This last time he denied writing my invoice and therefore was not responsible to fix the sloppy and unworkmanlike job. I can live with most of these deficits but workmanship and guaranteeing your work are not optional given how expensive he and other plumbers are. And his helper, son-in-law, is just one creepy dude you dont want inside your house. I will hire him no more. No wonder he is not accredited by the BBB.
