      I purchased two 14K solid gold Aloha necklaces on July 14, 2022. One was for me and on was for my daughter. We did not wear them in Maui and I put it on her for the first time on July 22. That same day the necklace broke - the actual gold Aloha part of the necklace broke in half. I called the store and I was told there was nothing they could do. This was almost a $400 necklace that broke on the first wear. Something needs to be done.

      We can hold the necklace until you return to your vacation home on Maui and make the switch then or return if you do not feel comfortable with mailing the item back.Or if and when you are able to mail the item back we can wait until then and will keep the necklace on hold.       I am rejecting this response because:

      there is nothing keeping this business from standing by their word  I just had major hope surgery which will require me to be house bound for the next 6 weeks; at least. I had tried to correct the issue prior to surgery but their declined to address the issue   This was a gift for my daughter so she could remember the trip  I have various other serious health issues that make any trip that I can make with my daughter special. This necklace was more than just a necklace. It was symbolic. Its quite clear that this business could care less about their customers and only about the money they receive.
