      Huge scammers...Maui tickets for less. We gave them our credit card info to book a **************** tour. We never signed anything before we did a weigh in. We knew we would be close but didn't think we would be over. We weren't able to do activity and then MTFL charged ** over ****** blaming **************** for the charge. Now we have to fight with the bank. The owner ****** tried to talk us in to doing a time share and do other events in order not to give us our money back. The manager of **************** said she can't refund it because she doesn't have the payment and mtfl won't refund.

      Was approached by sales rep on Front street and directed to his both offering discounts on excursions in Maui. I was interested in Parasailing. The sales rep gave me a good price of $110. In front of my wife as a witness he stated that for giving us a good deal, it would be helpful if I could stop by before we left and check out a slide show. I said we didnt know if we would have time since we werent staying much longer and he expressed no concern or indication it was mandatory. He still offered the tickets for the same price. After I paid for the tickets he stapled a piece of paper explaining that my wife and I were required to go to a sales presentation or we would be charged an additional 191 dollars. We never sign this paper even though it has a signature location on it. I was upset and asked about canceling, but we said since it was the next day, that wouldnt be possible since less than 72 hours. I did show up to the presentation, but without my wife, and the lady told me it was for couples only, and we would be charged for not meeting our commitment. My wife did not come because she felt scammed already and did not trust the situation. I tried explaining the situation to the lady at the presentation but she was not interested in hearing me out. I told her that if I got charged I would dispute it with my credit card company, and she said fine, thats your right. Instead of disputing with the creditor I decided to file a complaint with BBB. The sales rep was completely misleading.
