    *** ****** sold us a bill of goods with the ********************** then went off to start another rip off firm. He should be in jail for the misrepresenations he did at the ********************** Many are looking for him and want to see him in prison. The *** is going to be sued big time. But you all should know one of the sales guys who lied to us all is with Kainoa Properties.

    We have been owners with Kainoa properties since 2010. We love coming to the island we have multiple weeks that we book year after year and have been satisfied with our ownership. We love the new renovations at the ************ Resort and see that the ******** property are currently being renovated and updated Beautifully!They do spend the Maintenance Fees we pay to keep things up as expected;) We are part of RCI points and even though we were hesitant at first we are glad we added another week to get this flexibility to our ownership and plan to stay in Kauai for a few weeks to try a different resort next year!Many Thanks!     Also owning a property and familiar with the payment set up. Payments are auto payment and there are not any statements sent. All of the details are in the paperwork given at the time of sale. At the time of sale all of the paperwork is explained by the representative and signatures are required to proceed. ************** has *** with the company for decades and has always been helpful. Her office is in *********. Any time difference would need to be considered. Timeshare purchases do not get rolled into your mortgage. However, you can get a line of equity which many times is a much lower interest rate. This is what the reps let new owners know as another choice in financing. We are very happy with our timeshare as our our friends that own as well.
