    I really don't have the dates with me now so im just going to say around 4 months back I brought my car into destination auto to check what was wrong with it so I took what they were saying & told them to go ahead & do the job so they did. When I got my car back I looked on the receipt to see what was done & put the receipt away. Well couple of months went by & I started hearing a noise didn't think much of it till it got louder & my battery started to die opened the hood to find that the alternator they replaced were in pieces on the. Bottom of the engine floor now there saying there not touching it cause someone touched it

    Hi there, I'm very confused with this complaint. The custom pickup up her car on 8/22/23 after we replace the alternator at no charge to the customer. I've attached a copy of the invoice signed by the customer with she picked up the car.
