    06/29/22 - Met with Broker *********************** which we found on Website - **********.com We hired this individual to Sell our Cleaning Business.07/05/22 - Signed Agreement to sell and Paid him $1,000.00 - Stated it was to begin paperwork 07/13/22 - Paid him an additional $600.00 Nature of Dispute is that we now believe he is not licensed. His Agreement is not Legal or Valid.He charged us money that he was not entitled to receive. He also has attempted to charge us more money for services and additional staff that he claims to employ. On 08/06/22, we did approach him and offered to end our agreement amicably, but he strongly refused. He is unethical, Unprofessional and a Scammer.We are a Small Cleaning Business and have worked hard for the last ********************************************* our community and we want this individual to be stopped. He should be held accountable here in Maui and all of ******. He has no right to steal from the many hard working people in our community.

    I/we welcome your involvement, and especially sharing with me/us this unwitting Complaint from **************************************
    I/we regret the very tragic, and sad evolution of the best deal of their lives, for ************************************* and *********************, and in their very best interests.  To one of total and absolute withdrawal from any and all dialog or discussions, or to follow through in their best interests to produce the interim financial statement.  Requisite to qualify the Buyer's loan request to accommodate and facilitate the Buyer's Purchase Offer.
    My response attached should shed a different perspective on what has really occurred here.
    Again, we regard the BBB to attempt to mitigate and resolve the perspectives among Complainants' and responsible parties. Like us, who very responsibly and professionally, want and choose to do all the right things, always... 
    The attached response is self-explanatory.  Though, I/we remain available for any follow-up dialog to attempt to resolve the disparities in perspectives here...

    Id like to add a complaint to case ********. We decided to not purchase the business and *********************** has not refunded our ******* deposit of $2500.

    Attached is an image of the purchase contract we signed to purchase Aloha Cleaning. The $2500 we paid stated Fully Refundable. I believe you already have a copy of it and if not Ill be happy to send you one.

    I also attached an image of my text correspondence with *********************** on 8/22/22 at 828am starting we are no longer interested in purchasing Aloha Cleaning.

    Also attached is another image of the email correspondence he received from the sellers of Aloha Cleaning not wanting to conduct business with *********************** (which he forwarded to me on 8/22/22 at 230pm.

    You can see our decline to purchase was at 822am and the seller declining to work with *********************** at 230pm later that day.

    We are owed $2500 of our ******* deposit from ***********************. I gave him a 2 week notice as of 9/4/22 to give us our money back. As of this writing 9/22/22, we have not received our ******* deposit back of $2500.
