    I ordered flowers online for Mothers Day on Friday, May 9th. They said they would be delivered May 10 or 11th. They were not. Nor were they delivered May 12, or May13th, so far at 3:45pm. I got nervous and checked their reviews. Everyone is saying its a scam, and Im not going to let them get away with ripping people off. The phone numbers on their website are bogus and cant even be connected.

    Yesterday (Feb 13th, 2025) I placed an order of flowers to be delivered next day (Feb 14th, 2025). Now today after checking my email, there was never a confirmation email sent. I have tried multiple times (4 times) to call this company, never able to get someone on the phone, and the line hangs up. The transaction of $113.98 is appearing on my account from ************************ had submitted a request for the company to call me with the website stating someone will clal me within 2-8 minutes. It has now been well over that timeframe.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against blossom flower delivery regarding a failure to deliver the product I purchased and the poor customer service I have experienced.On December 21, 2024, I placed an order for a sympathy flower arrangement valued at $80 to be sent to my grandmother, who had just lost her brother. Instead of the basket arrangement I ordered, she received a single orchidsomething entirely different and significantly less than what I paid for.Upon contacting the company, they acknowledged the error and promised to resend the correct arrangement. However, they failed to fulfill this promise. Despite several follow-ups, I received no further resolution. The company claimed the issue had been escalated but provided no updates, never delivered the flowers I ordered, and has refused to issue me a ********* has now been nearly a month since my order, and I have spent $80 on a service that was never delivered as promised. This experience has not only been frustrating but deeply disappointing, considering the nature of the occasion. Sympathy flowers are meant to offer comfort during difficult times, and this mishandling caused unnecessary stress for both my grandmother and **** believe this situation reflects either negligence or a deliberate failure to deliver on their commitments. Their refusal to issue a refund or fulfill the correct order feels like a scam, and I want to ensure that other consumers are not subjected to similar mistreatment.I am requesting a full refund of $80 and a formal acknowledgment of their failure to provide the service I paid for.
