    Unable to access your online account to edit your preferences including subscriptions, cancelling or payment information. I have a slew of emails over the course of several weeks and a call to **************. The customer service is below sub par especially when you're in need of assistance.

    This customer has mental health issues  We offered to adjust her account because she has limited mental faculties and did not have the ability to access and adjust her account.  She constantly sent aggressive emails to our Staff and actually called and threatened to "Call the BBB".   
    God Bless her and I hope she gets  the mental health assistance that she needs!

    First and foremost the comment from **** is totally inaccurate and consistent with the communication between myself and this man. I find the inaccurate references to my mental health also consistent with the unprofessionalism I experienced. It is important to clarify that my concerns stemmed from a lack of response and the inability to manage my online account, particularly the removal of my payment information for a recurring order. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I escalated my communication to stress the urgency of the matter. Unfortunately, instead of receiving appropriate support, I was met with unprofessional responses, including ****** dismissive remark, "That's me, lol!" when I requested to speak with a manager.I find this conduct unacceptable and inconsistent with professional customer service standards. Therefore, I am formally requesting the immediate deletion of my personal information and account from this organizations system. Please confirm once this has been completed.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
