      Placed an order for a Sympathy Heart Wreath $300.00 on August 14th to be delivered to **************** on August 25th at 7am. Follow up phone calls one week before and 3 days in a row leading up to day of funeral. I was assured order would be delivered on time and the day of at 7am. I went to the funeral saw that flowers were not delivered and immediately put a lock on my card. I have reached out by phone and emails and have received NO RESPONSE. I am disputing charge with my credit card company. I was also told by credit card company that my credit card has had mutiple attempts on different charges but no success as this credit card has been locked. Thank God! I'm not sure why this company is still in business as I have tried multiple times to contact them. This is an island! I'm not sure why they are still in business. I would attach a copy of statement with charges but I have not recieved it. Thank you *********************** ************
