      We signed up for a guided tour from ********* for four people with ***** Campbell of Maui Easy Riders and paid in full using Venmo. It was a big part of our visit to **** and we were really looking forward to it. ***** Campbell did not show up at the designated time and we tried to call but couldnt leave a message as his voicemail was full. We texted him but he didnt respond. After waiting an hour and a half we left. We contacted him on ***** requesting a full refund and also texted him but he has not responded. We want our full amount of $835 refunded. We were so disappointed in the whole experience, including the loss of $835, and dont understand why ***** completely ghosted us.
