Purchased a complete Linear LDCO 801 Operator Assy with 7ft belt rail, new safety sensors, programmed remotes for $748.74. The installer (*******) took my uninstalled hardwares and equipments to include sensors unauthorized; without my knowledge. Informed business about the Incident with shown pictures of the good clean condition of my assets. They rendered no returns with multiple attempts. Today, August ****** after calling that the rail bar needs adjustments their hours of operation to fix the situation was a charge of outrageous fees and conditions thus fought finding accusations to turn the complains toward me, the consumer. I wanted an appointment to come to fix the operation of the rail to allow my garage door to go up and down quietly without a banging sound. The manage, Ms *** felt this was the wrong business for me and refused anymore services. ******, ***************** **** has avoids previous concerns with requested pictures but the returns of my property was not warranted with March 26, 2024 installation paid-in-full $749.74 invoice (***********) payment. I am very tired of how so many merchants/businesses and the dealership industries are misconduct of foul, unethical, and illegal business in ****. My situation is not a coincidence; it is a normal operation of doing poor, unfair, deceptive, or abusive act and practice in the ************* of America consumers protection laws being violated.

    Business Response

Aloha Ms. ****************** you originally asked us to come service your door ******* discovered your old garage door opener was beyond its useful life and recommended replacement. It was replaced as promised and the new operator was installed and working properly. As is standard we removed your old operator and disposed of it at no charge to you.

You called asking about the old operator and we explained that for safety reasons it was our policy not to resell any used operators and that in the absence of other instructions we had disposed of the old operator.

Later you called back mentioning something was wrong with the door itself. You requested immediate service which would have required an emergency service fee. We dont offer emergency service for residential customers because the cost is prohibitive. Your door was operational, but it seemed there was something about a roller or you were concerned about a noise it was making.

We offered to come out and service the door during our normal service hours, but it was confusing to understand what was wrong and we did not want you to incur additional charges if there was a problem with your door (which Raynor had not worked on) rather than the operator. We requested pictures so we could be sure there would be no charge for you. You refused to send pictures so we were not comfortable with a return visit that may not have been covered under warranty.

Our team spent more than an hour working with you listening to you belittle us and attempting to help but you never sent the pictures. At this time, we have to regretfully decline any additional work but will warranty our installation for the entire 12 months.

    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: the false accusations and no regrets for hauling away my personal property unauthorized to include other damages incurred from failure of the tiny sensors unable to detect a car under the garage door. ** brought my products from ****** Garage Door, long life built from heavy duty steel. My garage opener only warranted a new plastic gear. Raynor Hawaii Doors and Gates was contact to returned my stuff on the same day of the installation services but had been ignored via phone calls/send text messages. The lost possessions and profitable assets stolen and removed off of my property was the responsibility of the business will call. I want to be compensated for losses to include penalties.

    Sincerely,

Today, Tuesday, 9/23/24  Id received this review information to respond within 7 days whether to accept or not. I guess my next move will be to take *******, the installer from Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors to court for theft and damages that  incurred when he completed his installation to include unable to rendered needed service via product warranty coverage agreement. This will update the status of my case as not acceptable.
