      On Tuesday May 14th I went to this urgent care for treatment. They ran tests. They contacted me on the evening of Thursday May 16th with the results of the test right before their closing time. However, I did not hear their call. I immediately returned their call but no one answered. I have left numerous voicemails for them to return my call. No one answers or returned my calls since. My doctor has called and faxed for information from them but they have no responded either.
