      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      *************************ore Stables to ****** ********************* However, on January 15, 2024, I received a call from ******** at ****** ******************** saying they could no longer operate on their land (reasoning could be related to this ******************************************************************************************************************************************) and that all ******s would be cancelled. ******** stated that I had to reach out to North Shore Stables to initiate my refund because I paid them initially. Since this call with ********, I have called North Shore Stables daily and left voicemails asking for my refund. No one has called me back from either business. I went to the property on January 20, 2024 and they have closed. They tore down all the shelters. My refund should be about $188.48 because one entire buy five get one free package is unused and one ****** (which individually cost $31.41) from the other package remained. I would just like a refund for the unused package and remaining ******.

      Aloha,

      I apologize for the delay in response to this specific complaint.  We are under new management and are striving to keep the reputation of our business name "North Shore Stables" clean and righteous.  We've recently hired new staff to take care of our customer needs.  Therefore we processed a refund for this specific customer.  Customer was given a partial refund on 2/01/24 for Booking #********* for 3 unused ******s (for package of 6 ******s purchased, 3 were used) in the amount of $78.54.  Customer was also given a partial refund amount of $130.90 for Booking #********* (5 unused ******s and 1 used ****** in the package).  This issue has been resolved.  Please contact us at ************ if there are any further questions.  We have staff available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
